  1. These personal transportation devices have become huge liabilities with their manufacturing defect of self-destruction. I am not surprised that there is a growing number of lawsuits being placed against this new technology.

  2. I doubt it purely because I think the whole "exploding board" thing is completely overblown. I mean consider how many people have buy floating board and how many "explosions" have actually been reported? It's just your typical media making something out of nothing.

  9. People regularly do stupid things that cause someone else an injury. Then the inevitable lawsuit gets filed, and then an insurance clam gets filed, too. But occasionally, the courts get it right in their decisions, and we get to make fun of the plaintiffs and defendants. Read more
